Our company was established nearly 40 years ago focusing on recruiting Refrigeration Engineers for the construction industry and is currently headed up by Greg Wall who has been at the helm for the last 18 years. The company is currently 27 strong employing experienced consultants who know their markets inside and out and as a company we have ambitious plans to expand.



As a member of the team you will be expected to help towards this planned expansion by building your own successful recruitment desk. You'll need to do this by developing strong working relationships with Construction professionals with a technical background in order to generate vacancies, placements and revenue which in turn earns you that all important commission.



To help you achieve these goals and create your own micro business we provide a combination of on the job training and coaching from our professional consultants combined with accredited courses to improve and sharpen those sales skills.

We have recently employed some great people who are succeeding in our environment like Bryoni who was the Front of House Manager in a local country pub before joining us and Malek coming from an Insurance Sales background. That said you must have the confidence and desire to build a career around Sales as this is the majority of what this role is all about.
