Our client a catering / venue company is looking for a driven, enthusiastic individual with experience in kitchen environment to join the team to work closely with our Sous Chef covering 45-60 à la carte servings Applicants must be able to work unsupervised in a busy kitchen, maintaining consistently high standards. Job Specifications
• Management & scheduling of all kitchen staff
• Negotiation and management of suppliers (food and maintenance)
• Compliance with UK Health and Safety Requirements
• Maintaining a high level of efficiency & productivity
• Ability to deliver in a high paced environment
• Flexibility and good attention to detail
Job Requirements
Hours
weekends 10am/8pm

Hours will be increased during busy period
£12 p/h
