We are seeking a Front of house supervisor to join our team. The The Hop Farm is Kent's leading events and hospitality venue as well as a major visitor attraction. The position needs an ambitious person wanting to help develop the business and a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role:
Responsibilities include-
Delivering a fantastic experience to customers
Work with management to increase business trade profitability
Staff rotas, training and supervision of staff
Stock control
Ensuring licensing laws are adhered to Compliance with Health & Safety
Personal Licence Holder
Cellar Management
A team leader
Excellent communication skills
Good organisation skills
Previous experience within hospitality
Highly motivated
