We are seeking, following an internal promotion, an efficient, flexible and well-organised HR Officer to join our busy Resources Team.

The post holder will provide effective HR administration and advice in accordance with agreed policies and procedures; ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation whilst maintaining confidentiality and high professional standards at all times.

The position is full-time, however term time/flexible working may be considered for the right candidate. The ideal HR Officer will be confident, have a proven track record in a similar role and have excellent administrative skills.

From September 2017 the Weald of Kent Grammar will be located on two sites; the main site in Tonbridge and an Annexe in Sevenoaks. The successful candidate’s base will be at the Tonbridge site however there may be a requirement to work at either location.
Appointments may be made prior to closing date if a suitable candidate is found.
