RARK Solutions are hiring for an experienced Finance Director to join their client's rapidly growing, privately owned business. This is a fantastic opoprtunity to lead a small finance team and have a big impact on the wider business with regards to strategy and growth.
Typical duties for the Finance Director will include -
- Providing strategic, financial advice to other Directors within the wider business
- Managing the small but busy finance team ensuring the department is fully compliant and as efficient as possible
- You will be able to provide key indepth financial analysis of clients and suppliers
- You will be able to guide the company with regards to insurance; banks; and mergers and acquisitions.
The ideal candidate will have an excellent commercial knowledge and be able to provide a strategic advice whilst also being hands on with the operational finance function of the business. The ideal candidate will be a fully qualified accountant and have existing experience at Director level. This role will be client facing when necessary so ideally you will possess good business accumen and be comfortable meeting clients and banks and negotiating terms with them.
