Our client is looking to recruit a Customer Services Agent to work from their lovely offices in Broadstairs.
The role entails being on the telephone all day dealing with customer queries and issues. You will be responsible for providing impeccable customer services whilst up-selling and introducing a range of insurance products to buy. You may be dealing with general, motor and/or travel insurance.
Although this is an inbound role there are targets, so you must be goal orientated and be extremely confident on the telephone. You must also be able to take calls in an extremely professional manner and work within the company guidelines and structure. You must be able to type accurately, and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Extensive training is provided and a fantastic benefits package. There is also great career potential within this organisation.
