While some experience in a contact centre or a sales environment would be useful, it’s definitely not essential. Just as long as you can listen to people and communicate easily with them, you’ll fit right in. You will need the drive and determination to achieve targets too, as well as the ability to work a shift roster that includes evenings and weekends.
