We are currently looking for a junior/midweight digital designer/developer to join our clients team working for one of the biggest gaming publishers in the industry.
Based at their London Bridge offices you will report in to the Campaign Manager in London while working closely with a digital designer/developer based at the client's headquarters in Geneva, Switzerland.
Working from storyboards and layered PSDs, you will build master HTML5 formats for our client's exciting portfolio of campaigns while working closely with members of the team in London and Geneva to ensure creative is brought to life as envisioned by the creative teams.
You will need to be a highly competent and fluent hand coder who understands the needs of adaptation and localisation - building masters that are fit for purpose for wide scale global adaptation and media plan fulfilment.
Flexibility is a must. While your main focus is to produce master builds you may also be called upon to take on a variety of digital work from interactive banners to online presentations.
Although you will not be required to create initial concepts, it is essential you have a strong visual eye and solid experience working with Creative Cloud. You will also have a natural talent for brand guardianship and the confidence to provide creative solutions if required.
You should be technologically savvy with a keen interest in, and knowledge of, changes taking place within the digital industry. As the London lead for this high profile client, you will be the 'go to' person for all things digital.
An interest in video games would be of benefit but is not essential.
Requirements
* At least 2-3 years as a digital designer/developer with solid HTML5 experience
* Fluent native coder
* Highly proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
* Good working knowledge of Adobe Edge Animate and an understanding of Google Web Design and Animate CC
* Solid proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator
* Excellent visual design skills demonstrated by a strong portfolio
* Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
* Up-to-date with the latest web trends, techniques, and technologies
* Knowledge of ad servers, particularly DoubleClick
