My Client, a Manufacturing company with a worldwide reputation for producing a specialist product for over 50 years, is now looking to recruit an experienced and talented Electrical Maintenance Engineer.
You will start on a day shift pattern but could progress on to a continental shift pattern after probationary period if desired.

The Role: Maintenance Engineer - Electrical

Responsible for undertaking reactive and preventative maintenance
To carry out efficient fault finding and repairs to equipment/plant
Involvement in project work including installation and commissioning of new equipment
Carry out system calibration, testing and equipment measurement
Machine modifications and improvement works.
Provide detailed reports for all work statuses within the CMMS

Skills / Experience / Qualifications: Maintenance Engineer - Electrical

Time served Electrical apprenticeship.
HV experience desirable

Experience of working with Heavy Plant
A proven history of equipment installation, commissioning, fault finding, rectification
Control and instrumentation - Motor control circuits, AC/DC drives & tension control systems, process control systems
PLC fault finding and basic programming skills.
The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
Experience of working in a Production environment
Flexibility is essential in this role.

You MUST have worked in a Manufacturing / Production environment, on production machinery. Experience of Production machinery and PLC's is paramount.
