Our established Accountancy Client based in North Kent is currently looking for a Payroll Assistant to join their team.
Duties include:
• Data management in Excel
• Following procedures, even within tight timescales
• Process BACS payments
• Produce and send payroll documents (Payslips, Remittance Advice slips etc.)
• Produce payroll reports as and when required
Skills/ Attributes
• Experience of high volume invoicing/billing
• Experience of umbrella or CIS payroll preferred
• Good understanding of manual PAYE and NIC calculations
• High levels of attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure
• Experience of working within a contractor payroll or payroll bureau – ideal
