RIFT Group helps people to claim back tax they have overpaid to HMRC and are looking for experienced Sales Advisors to join our growing Contact Centre team. Our customers expect to receive a first class service and at RIFT we are dedicated to making their lives easier, richer and less hectic.

You will have at least one year experience in a sales role and be looking for a challenging but rewarding role in a fast paced, dynamic environment.

You must have an excellent telephone manner, be able to build rapport quickly and possess excellent computer skills.

You will need to be confident and enthusiastic in providing knowledgeable and accurate responses to your clients.

Whilst you must have sales experience, full training is provided as you will need to understand HMRC rules and explain technical information to your clients.

Our Contact Centre is open from 8.30am-8.30pm Monday to Friday and 9am-1pm on Saturdays. You will be expected to work 37.5 hours a week between these times on a rota basis to include some evenings and some Saturdays.

As well as a salary of £16,500 - £18,500 DOE, there is the chance to earn uncapped commission circa £4k.
