We are currently looking for a hardworking individual who is capable of working from their own initiative.
Working in a small office environment you will be required to handle various office admin duties, however the main purpose of this role is to control, monitor and make efficient the stock and purchasing processes of the business. You will also be trained to provide costings and quotations.
You must be capable of creating and using Excel and various other basic IT programs. Duties include stock ordering, reconsiliation of invoices and stock.
You will be required to liase with the Warehouse Manager to locate and discuss stock. Any ability to communicate in Spanish and or French is a bonus.
This role is temp to perm (12 weeks) offering £18k - £20k DOE. Working hours are Monday - Thursday 8.30am - 5pm and Fridays 8.30am - 1pm. You will be enrolled in a pension scheme from April and will be entitled to 28 days holiday (including Bank Holidays).
Due to location own transport may be suitable although it is access able by public transport a short walk away.
