Mack is part of the Fresca Group, a well established FMCG providing fresh produce to UK and European multiple retailers. This is an outstanding opportunity and a career enhancing move to work for the UK’s largest independently owned fresh produce supplier.

We are looking for a detailed orientated candidate with a can-do approach to join our busy Sales Ledger team based at our Paddock Wood site. The primary focus of this role is to ensure that outstanding payments are made to customer accounts whilst maintaining an accurate history of payment activity. The role also includes ensuring that all payments disputes are resolved appropriately to avoid a delay in payment.

Key areas of responsibility will include:

• Applying invoices, credit notes and payments to the Company’s bespoke accounting system; generating manual invoices; liaising with commercial departments where necessary regarding credit control and payment information
• Filing and reconciliation of paperwork to ensure efficient referencing, full account histories and compliance with best practice accounting
• Query resolution
• Assisting with general office duties
