Mortgage Servicing Assistant

Barker Munro recruitment Ltd is recruiting for a specialist lending and retail savings group who are enjoying great success and are continuing to expand their teams.
The key purpose of this role is to undertake a range of mortgage related administration activities for in addition to assisting with mortgage administration enquires from both customers and the back office support team in India and external brokers.
The role holder will provide a high level of organisation supporting new tasks that are implemented within the UK and India servicing teams ensuring all activities are completed within the agreed service standards and accounts are administered in a compliant and effective manner.
We are seeking candidates with previous experience delivering excellent customer service in a team environment and with exposure to the Financial Services industry.
