We require an experienced negotiator to come and join our high flying team. The ideal candidate will have property sales/letting experience, however this is not essential if a quick learner. However you will need to have experience of working in a customer facing role.
You will need to possess the following attributes:
Team worker
PC Literate
Money hungry & target driven with a passion for sales
Excellent communication skills written and verbal
Confident phone manner
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build long term relationships
Lots of drive & ambition
Ability and willingness to learn on the job
Excellent organisation and time management skills
Passionate about customer service
A full clean UK driving licence
Good IT skills
Your day to day tasks will include:
Registering and managing potential tenants/purchasers
Booking valuation and administering the marketing of properties, Updating the office property management system
Negotiating offers
Offering feedback each day to landlords/vendors
Generating opportunities from existing database
Arranging and conduct viewings
