We require a Care Coordinator and a Support Care Coordinator for a Home Care Service based in Ramsgate, covering the Canterbury and Thanet areas. The roles will involve staff rotas, dealing with staff and customer inquiries and general administration. These are full time posts of 37.5 hours per week. Hours of work are 8.30 to 17.00 Monday to Friday but occasional evening and weekend work may be required. The roles also involve on call responsibilities.

The Coordinator will be a home care professional with experience of management and staff rotas. The ideal candidate for Support Coordinator will be someone with experience of care and who wishes to advance their career in home care. Successful applicants for both posts will be excellent communicators, caring and professional and have good IT, literacy, numeracy and administrative skills. It will be an advantage to be a car owner/driver. A qualification in care, customer care, or administration will also be an advantage and 'on the job' training will be provided. Salaries are negotiable depending on qualifications and experience but within the range £16,500 to £19,500
