Working as the Head of Finance and Business Intelligence you will be responsible for driving business intelligence across the operation including finance, ops and key strategic projects.
An important part of this role will be to understand the different opportunities for each area of the organisation and where business intelligence can add value to them.
Key elements of the role include:
Providing an accurate and timely financial service
Manage and leading the Financial team and function to ensure the professional development
Supporting the development of a Business Intelligence strategy across the organisation
The ideal candidate will:
Have previous management experience
The ability to analyse performance indicators insofar as it relates to performance management
Experience of working in the charitable/health sector
Ability to remain focused and decisive when working to specified targets in a pressured environment
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 depending on experience
Contract: Full time, permanent
