Cartridge World Sittingbourne is beginning a new chapter with exciting products and services coming on stream over the next few months and require an Assistant Store Manager to help make Cartridge World even more successful.
Cartridge World Sittingbourne is looking for you if you have our values of integrity, exceptional customer service and an entrepreneurial attitude. We are a local, family owned business supported by an international brand with over 1000 stores worldwide.
You will be responsible for Business to Business, consumer sales and servicing of printers, printer cartridges & associated products both in person and by telephone. You will also be heavily involved in our printer contract programme for home and business users. A sound knowledge of IT is essential in this extremely varied role.
You would also be responsible for all aspects of store operation reporting to the Store Manager including staff and customer care, daily routines, productivity, quality, sales promotion and expense control.
You will need to be well presented, trustworthy, punctual, have a good attention to detail and a logical approach to problem solving. You will be keen to apply your current skills and to take this opportunity to learn, grow and achieve well above average results.
A full, clean driving licence and your own transport are essential requirements.
