The main objective of this role is to manage a small team of warehouse staff and materials movement in order to supply the manufacturing unit with required products, along with managing the dispatch process.
The hours of work will be 6am – 1400 Monday to Friday.
The Warehouse Services Supervisor will be involved with a combination of the following, but not limited to:
• Control of warehouse personnel, planning and organizing daily orders for the factory and consumables for Logistic warehouse
• Ensure all orders are 100% correct prior to dispatch
• Control of waste and reject stock
• Control of Quarantine stock
• Correct booking in of all raw materials and storing of materials in correct locations
• Management of staffs Holidays, Sickness and Timekeeping
• 1St Stage disciplinary
• Health and Safety of warehouse and all personnel
• Make sure all procedures’ are adhered too and up to date
• Liaise with factory supervisors and senior management
• Seek improvement in the operation to reduce costs, increase productivity and reduce errors
