I am currently recruiting an individual to provide admin support a busy team in Maidstone.
The successful candidate will be responsible for regularly updating the systems owned by the Department of Work and Pensions with personal information from the Troubled Families team. This will primarily be a data input role. There may also be additional administration and information management tasks to be carried out to support the Troubled Families analyst team.
The role will require:
*A high level of attention to detail.
*Experience in navigating systems.
*Experience in data input and record keeping.
*Experience in using Excel. At the minimum the candidate will need to have basic Excel skills but be willing to learn more. It is preferred that the candidate have intermediate Excel skills.
The successful candidate will be able to:
*Work alone, whilst retaining the close links to the team.
*Adapt to and work in different environments.
*Be reliable.
*Have an excellent awareness of data protection laws and confidentiality.
A BDS is required payable by the successful candidate at a cost of £25.
The successful candidate will be required to register at our office in Kings Hill, West Malling.
