Credence Background Screening is a dynamic, expanding employee screening business based in Sevenoaks, Kent. Due to a large increase in business we are looking to expand our team of Background Screening Analysts.

The position will entail conducting various background screening checks on our clients new employees, such as criminal record checks, education verifications and employment references. In dealing both with our clients and their employees you will need to meet deadlines and maintain a high level of customer service at all times. We conduct checks for some very prestigious clients on a global basis, so an excellent command of the English language and the ability to communicate at all levels are a must

We are looking for full time applicants who:
• Are well organised and able to multi-task;
• Have an excellent attention to detail;
• Are persistent and creative in resolving problems;
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Have good computer skills, in particular with MS Office and the internet;
• Speak fluent English and preferably one or more other languages, in particular Eastern European languages would be of interest.
• Have a positive attitude and a willingness to be flexible.
