An opportunity has arisen within the HR department for a Graduate HR Programmes Manager to join the team on a 12 month Fix Term Contract.
You will be working closely with the HR Programmes Director on delivering the core objectives of embedding the Saga Way and our approach to the engagement of people.
The ideal candidate will be creative, pragmatic and a hands-on individual who gets things done. You will also be a highly organised and collaborative problem solver with strong interpersonal skills and task focused.
Key deliverables will be project management and delivery of some key HR programmes including the annual employee engagement survey, Saga Way project team, Benefits review and implementation of new software as well as event planning and management for group social and leadership events and a variety of BAU tasks.
The ideal candidate will have HR experience, part or fully CIPD qualified would be also be an advantage.
