Our client has a team of 6 in their office and are really excited to be recruiting an Accounts Administrator. Within this role you will be responsible for:
* Answering the telephone
* Processing sales orders
* Helping to schedule deliveries across the South, London and Brighton
* Processing sales invoices on Sage line 50
* Counting cash
* Attending trade shows to promote the business
Experience required:
* Previous experience within an Administration role
* Knowledge of Sage Line 50
* Previous experience in accounts would be ideal although training can be provided

The hours for this role are: Monday - Friday 8:45am - 5:45pm however flexibility is key. You will be required to work 1 in 5 weekends, on 1 day being 'on call' to open up at 9:30pam and cash up at 4pm and the other day to work all day, you will be paid £10 an hour over time for this.
Your own transport is essential for this role due to the location of our client.
