My client is a successful Mid Kent based organisation who is currently looking to recruit an Interim Credit Controller to join their team. This role will handle all Credit Control duties up to issuing seven day letters.
Specific duties will include:
-Management of your own ledger
-Collecting outstanding debt via phone and email
-Posting and allocating cash
-Contact customers by telephone, email or letter to request payments for overdue balances
-Resolving queries
-Request missing remittance advices and liaise with the finance team to ensure accurate payment allocation
The ideal candidate for this role will have at least two years` experience within a credit control position. You must be immediately available, assertive and possess strong communication skills.
