We are looking for a motivated and hands-on Administrator, who is a little IT savvy, for an 8 week Temporary assignment in Dover. Starting immediately, you will be the first point of contact at the offices and therefore a friendly, approachable and professional attitude is a must.
This role would really suit an all-rounder who has experience with administration, reception work as well as supporting with IT queries. You do not need to be a computer tech but knowing your way around a computer would be highly beneficial.
The main duties for the role will include but not limited to:
• Meet and greet Visitors/Contractors etc
• Managing training and meeting rooms (bookings, refreshments etc)
• Providing daily briefing for Dover offices
• Ordering stationery for the company
• Mobile device stock management (telephones, dongles etc)
• Electronic device asset tracking
• Ensuring the smooth running of the Purchase Order system nationally
• Providing procurement assistance to Finance and IT
• Updating Insurance records (Finance)
• Taxi bookings and checking billing accuracy
• Door security and access systems (ie. controlling who comes in and out)
• Providing other general administrative support as required
The successful candidate MUST haves:
• Strong administrative skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Proficient with Excel
• Must be competent in Microsoft IT software/packages
• Great eye for detail and good knowledge of Excel spreadsheets
• Good time keeping/organisation skills
• Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise
• Can do attitude
• Show a genuine enthusiasm to learn and get involved with varying tasks
Benefits:
You will be working 37 hours a week, Monday to Friday.
Monday to Thursday 08:30 – 17:00
Friday 08:30 – 16:30
