Senior Architect

An excellent job opportunity for a senior Architect to work for a professional multi-disciplinary practice and design consultancy based in north Kent.


This role will suit an experienced Architect that has a proven background working on projects from inception to completion within the public sector, specifically housing. Working closely with the Partner you, the Senior Architect will be responsible for managing all major design projects and support the design team with your knowledge of the feasibility of design and quality of conceptual design acting as a senior point of contact for technical, design or policy queries.

The Housing Architect will also need to have financial management experience in respect of programme of works to ensure profit margins are achieved as well as meeting cash flow projections. Proven presentation skills are also expected as at fee tender stage of projects as well as when production information packages are provided to clients.It is anticipated that the Senior Housing Architect will be ARB registered and Part 3 qualified (RIBA) with a degree in Architecture as well as full design and technical knowledge of the housing sector and a proficient user of AutoCAD, REVIT & Sketch Up would be an advantage.

The package on offer is dependent on your skill level, experience and qualifications gained within the industry and discussed on an individual basis.Senior Housing Architect Position Requirements

* Qualified and Registered Architect
* Experience delivering full design projects with the Public Sector - Housing.
* Knowledge of AutoCAD, REVIT & Sketch Up
* Proven communication, management & presentation skills
* Understanding and accountability of project finances
* Based within a commutable distance of Bromley


Senior Housing Architect Position Remuneration

* Salary Negotiable - £50-55k
* Holiday, Pension & Healthcare.
