Our Client is looking for Customer Service / Call Forwarding agents to work in there fast based customer service department.
Hours are on a shift basis working from 7am - 4pm and 11am - 8pm working 5 days out of 7 and will include 1 or 2 weekends per month. Must be able to work both shifts.
Duties will include taking customer service calls, informing customers on delivery times and some technical questions for training and induction given. NO COLD CALLING.
Must have excellent telephone manor for this role.
Driving licence would be preferred due to location.
