Working within our busy Holidays Contact Centre, you will be responsible for communicating with our cruise guests providing a unique and tailored experience. You will be encouraged to see the journey through the customer’s eyes so that every interaction will provide guests with a positive and continuing service that exceeds their expectations.
The Cruise Guest Service Advisor role will allow you to interact with our customers through different multi channels and your responsibilities would be to fulfil the guest’s every service requirement and make them aware of the additional services available to them. Following this, you will personalize the guest’s booking by adding the services requested and work alongside the Guest Experience Executive to fulfil them.
We are looking for someone with proven experience in demonstrating exceptional customer service, excellent communication and interaction skills and a real belief in the ethos that 'nothing is too much trouble' to each and every interaction.
