My client is seeking a fluent German speaking candidate to work in a team of 20 assistants working with over 800 clients worldwide.
You will be providing professional Helpdesk support for clients that use the Company's costing and accounting system. You will provide the support via email and telephone so your German must be fluent written and spoken.
Duties include:-
Responding to requests for software assistance, being able to identify and escalate situations where appropriate.
Take responsibility for ensuring the client receives the highest levels of customer service and working in line with agreed service levels.
Logging of all Helpdesk calls, collecting sufficient information and recording actions to enable other members of the Helpdesk team to understand a clients requirements if required.
Maintain your knowledge of upgrades , new features and released and attend training sessions to enhance your knowledge.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a qualification or experience in Accounting, Accountancy or business studies and need to be a logical thinker with good problem solving and interpersonal skills. There will be times when you are dealing with difficult callers and you must be able to deal with situations calmly.
