Vesaro ltd is a rapidly growing business based in Maidstone which designs, manufactures and distributes racing simulators around the world.
Working closely with the Directors, we are looking for a new member of the team to control the day to day administrational requirements of the business.
Responsibilities will include (but not restricted to):
• Daily book keeping /bank reconciliations/invoice control
• General administration
• Invoicing
• HR administration (holidays/absence/training/induction etc)
• Facilities
• Health & safety administration
• Excel – spreadsheet management
• Sales & Purchase Ledger
• Credit control – minimal
• VAT
• Travel arrangements
• PA tasks
As an international business the role requires a good understanding of accounting, currency and VAT, previous experience of working with accounts would be essential.
You will need to be a good problem solver, organised, capable of multitasking and have excellent communication skills. You will also need the capability to work independently with remote instruction.
The working hours/days can be flexible but ideally we are looking for a daily presence in the office with a minimum of 18 hours work per week. We envisage that this role and the hours required to fulfil all tasks will increase.
