We are a family-run organisation that offers a range of care services throughout Kent. We are a Kent County Council Contracted Provider and a Medway Council Gold Provider.
We are recruiting for a Care Coordinator. With a team of care workers to lead, you’ll supervise, manage and monitor their progress. You will be primarily office based coordinating care visits using our computer system, but when the need arises you will be also working in the community conducting care duties, undertaking staff & service user reviews & assessments.
This role is shift based on a 06:00 to 14:00, 09.00 - 17.00 and 14:00 to 22:00 system. This will involve working some weekends.
You may also be involved with out of hours on call. Please do not apply if you cannot work across these hours.
You will need to be logistical as you communicate with Service Users and Care Workers to arrange care visits at the times requested.
You must be IT literate, have your own vehicle and have had previous care experience.
