Job Description Title: Area Sales Manager

Type of Products/Services:
The products in which we are selling for this position are selling pest control contracts. The types of customers you will be dealing with will be pubs, restaurants, bars, clubs, offices, managed buildings, leisure centres.

Role:
Your role will be to discuss, advised and sell the Pest Control contracts into the businesses you are dealing with. This could be from a 5* restaurant into a 1 man office. The market you can deal with is endless. Anywhere with a need for pest control could be a form of income for you.

You will be out on the road from 9-5 (Monday-Friday) and be sourcing new leads for the business. You will then be able to manage and grow that account when you pick it up.

You will be working in part of a team, working closely with the other sales representatives in the area.

Package
Basic: £20,000 - £22,000
OTE: £15,000 - £18,000 – (If you hit targets you will receive a £200 bonus per month also)
Car: The car is a KIA ceed economy (they are a eco friendly company)
Holiday: 25 days plus bank holidays Pension: 8% employers benefit (after probation)
