Are you a chef wanting to see an end to split shifts and weekend work, or someone else interested in a career in food?
If the answer is yes then we have an exciting opportunity for you at our food production unit in Paddock Wood. You will learn new skills and techniques in food production, as well as Quality Control, Health & Safety and the Food Industry Regulations. You will gain knowledge in the art of making sausages and various other high quality products including Black Pudding, Parfait, and vegetarian products to name but a few. Although a background in catering (such as Junior Chef or Butchery experience) is beneficial, we will consider anyone who shows enthusiasm and an eagerness to learn. Full training will be given and for the right candidate there is scope for rapid progress within the company.
You will be working as part of our friendly production team making high quality and award winning products for London's exclusive hotels and restaurants.

The working week runs from Sunday to Thursday.
Early Shift 8am – 5pm (approximately, with a one hour break).
Late Shift 11am – 8pm (approximately, with a one hour break).
Annual Leave is three weeks per year with an additional two weeks off over the Christmas/New Year period.
We are situated within walking distance of Paddock Wood station and car parking is available on site.
