Catering assistant (modern apprentice) sought for Vine Café in Sevenoaks.
To learn menu and be capable of preparing items listed. To know presentation and preparation techniques. To provide excellent customer service. To keep dining areas both inside and out clean and safe. Ordering stock, washing up and cleaning as required. To comply with Environmental Health hygiene regulations and to complete and pass Hygiene Certificate course.
37 hrs per week as per opening time of venue. 1 day per week to study catering. 21 days holiday (pro rata). £150 per week.
