The Best Connection Employment Group are recruiting Swale council and require Refuse Loaders for the Sittingbourne depot.
We require a number of Refuse Loaders to work on an ongoing work which can also lead to full time with the client.
The Role:
You will be loading wheelie bins and black refuse sacks into dustcarts, working in crews of 2-3 with other loaders and a driver. You will be given full training for this role and will be required to collect waste from the general public streets to load onto carts.
The role involves early starts from 6am and finishes around 2pm / 3pm.
