Eastwell Manor is an independent, family owned Four Star country house hotel set in 62 acres of grounds in the middle of a 3,000 acre estate. The manor has 23 bedrooms and 19 mews cottages. The hotel facilities include the Manor AA 2 Rosette fine dining restaurant and private function rooms. Eastwell Pavilion includes a state of the art leisure centre, `Dreams` beauty salon, conference facilities and a Restaurant and Bar.
We are currently recruiting a Chef De Partie. The ideal candidate should have previous experience working in a fine dining restaurant kitchen, be willing to learn and be a good team leader to drive the section forward. This is a full time position which will include weekends and split shifts.
Applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
