Talent and Development Administrator - Part Time 18.5 hours per week
Fixed Term for 12 months
Migrant Help is a leading charity that has been established for over 50 years and delivers a range of support and advice services to migrants across the UK. Our vision is for a global society that protects migrants, treats them with respect and enables them to become successful members of their communities.
Human Resources including Talent and Development have a big agenda to deliver over the next 12 months to support our staff and managers to deliver their services. To ensure that we can continue to deliver the critical day to day work alongside the developmental work, we have an exciting opportunity at our headquarters in Dover, Kent.
The Role:
The role will involve providing a high quality and professional administration support service.
As our Talent and Development Administrator, you will focus on administration relating to course arrangement and bookings, candidate coordination, training reporting and development records.
The Requirements:
This role is working within a small and enthusiastic Human Resources team and therefore communication skills and flexibility are vital, working closely with colleagues to cover any needs that arise. You will need to be a confident administrator, with meticulous attention to detail, and some experience of having worked in an HR or training environment. You will be happy with working to deadlines using your established organisational skills and providing an exceptional and accurate administrative service.
Excellent computer literacy, particularly of MS Office applications, is essential.
