SKILLED MULTI-TRADE OPERATIVES – PAYE
Regent Development Ltd is a BUSY chartered building company acting as a service provider to most major insurance companies. We are based in Dartford but looking for operatives from all over Kent/Essex - work is within 50 miles of our base.
We now require PAYE, SKILLED MULTI TRADE personnel with at least all of the following skills:
Plastering whole ceilings/walls AND wall papering AND painting/decorating AND renewing skirting / fitting kitchens etc.
ALL applicants are required to have good communication skills and hold a current Driving licence/CRB check and preferably have facility/capability for sending/receiving emails.
Previous experience within the insurance industry would be advantageous.
Annual salary of between £25,000 and £30,000 dependent upon skills.
Benefits include: Company van/Fuel card/Company mobile telephone/20 days holiday per annum (pro-rata) plus Bank holidays/Health scheme after 1 year of service.g
