Levy Restaurants requires an experienced Assistant Concessions Manager to assist our Concessions Manager in dealing with all 6 retail catering outlets and a number of pop up catering facilities at Leeds Castle.
Catering for a wide range of customer, the day visitor eating from our fast service Maze Grill to a latte in one of our Costa outlets, you will need to be confident with a busy challenging environment. You will be assisting with leading the concessions team and working with our head chef on innovations and service standards.
You will have a natural flair with people and be organised. The customer experience must be your highest priority and you will need to lead and motivate your team to achieve success and drive the business forwards. You will have financial responsibility for food, liquor and overhead costs and payroll.
The right candidate can prove themselves in the position and assist us with growing revenue and develop their career. The successful candidate will ensure high standards of presentation, staff training and development, people management, team work, innovation, marketing, organisation, health and safety, including food hygiene, are followed.
Own transportation would be an advantage due to the location of our business.
