6 Month Fixed Term Contract for an ECS Administrator
We currently have an opportunity for an administrator in our Swanley office helping to provide our customers with a high level of customer service. The hours are Monday to Friday 09:00hrs-17:00hrs.
The Role
◦Taking inbound calls from customers.
◦Providing customers with guidance and support with their card applications.
◦To behave in a professional and effective manner when dealing with customers to provide a first class service.
◦A resilient nature and a winning attitude is essential.
◦Warm conversational skills with positive enthusiastic attitude.
◦Confident and the ability to build effective rapport with customers
To be successful in this role you need to have a genuine passion for customer service, have excellent communication skills and the ability to work accurately under pressure and ideally experience of providing technical support over the telephone.
