Office Administrator
20 - 30 hours per week – Flexible working Hours
An opportunity has come up for an Office administrator to join this leading Company who specialises in Air conditioning technology. Reporting directly to the Managing Director ,
Duties and Responsibilities
Core office and reception duties dealing with the telephone and email enquiries.
Accepting deliveries and arranging post
Coordinating with key stakeholders to maintain condition of the office.
Managing mobile phone contracts, arranging upgrades and reviewing and negotiating with suppliers.
Arranging meetings and appointments, including all staff meetings, booking and arranging refreshments as and when necessary
Monitoring absence management
Arranging travel visas, travel and accommodation, checking appropriate procedure is followed by the employees.
Reviewing and maintaining contracts
Maintaining and managing budget for stationary
Raising purchase orders and completing credit card returns
Organising and filing paperwork
Assisting with recruiting
Arranging in-house and external events, including staff events
Required skills
