JIK Software Ltd, the team behind JobsInSussex.com, is looking for an in-house full-time Front End Developer / Project Manager. The company is based in Maidstone, Kent.
Required skills:
- UX/UI Design and best practices
- Responsive design
- Bootstrap/LESS/SASS
- HTML5/CSS3
- Javascript/jQuery
- On top of latest front-end technologies
- Experience on Project Management and team leadership
- Agile methodologies
The following are a Plus but not required:
- PHP Symfony experience
- Twig templating
- DevOps/Amazon AWS
Role:
- You will be playing a major role in a complete redesign of our main websites and their maintenance thereafter.
- You will be developing front-end code while at the same time project managing all the development operations of a small team.
- You will be continuously working on finding and applying better ways of user interaction and upselling to existing customers.
- You will be interacting directly with the Managing Director in an open and friendly atmosphere.
In return, we offer a good rate of pay in a friendly town-centre environment.
