Insurance Repair Contracts Coordinator
Recruitment Solutions Folkestone Ltd, are very excited to now be recruiting for an Insurance Repair Contractors Coordinator. To work in a small Network Performance Team, you will play the vital part of administrator to include reporting, contractor’s appointment coordinator, compliance, complaint handling and diary management.
To come with Building Construction management experience ideally within the insurance restoration sector is desirable although not essential.
All About the Role
Maintain a system of accurate and regulated administration for Repair/Response networks
Liaising closely with the engineer / contractors, Logging Health and safety observations/risk assessment data captured on audit forms.
Accurate record keeping of contractor and operator files, site visit logs, contractor/operator reviews, and other records.
Work in collaboration with Group Customer Relations to support complaint resolutions. Analysis of reports to extract patterns and provide accurate information for RPM’s and contractors. Accurate record keeping of contractor and operator files, site visit logs, contractor/operator reviews, and other records.
Effective diary and Outlook Calendar handling for purpose of arranging all site visits and audits. Daily monitoring of contractor/operator files to ensure compliance (e.g. current insurance certificates, tracking SAFE contractor records, H&S records etc).
To action all MI reports. Contractor postcode allocation with strong understanding of geographical coverage issues and allocate postcodes accordingly
All About you
To come with Building Construction management experience ideally within the insurance restoration sector is desirable although not essential
Accurate attention to detail
Able to work to deadlines and carry out time critical reporting
Strong administrational ability and Exceptional Computer literacy in particular with MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook
Dispute arbitration resolution
Previous coordination of contractors along with detailed compliance checking
