Sales Person required for my client who has been established for over 16 years.
Working from a small office in Tunbridge Wells, and about once a week from my clients London office, this role has the scope and autonomy to make it your own as you are not micro managed. As you grow the role and the number of clients you then have the opportunity to employ people to help you drive sales forward.
The Job:
Business Development/ New Business
Gaining new business and once gained managing the business.
Networking, by joining groups online or physically, social media, cold calling etc.. lot of autonomy in this role and its down to you how you attract business.
Targeting SME's in the local and London marketplace.
Building relationships with various prospects, whilst meeting agreed targets.
Ideal Person:
Excellent communication skills and rapport building skills
Happy to make calls and to sell my clients services
Knows how to gain and close business and manage business
Excellent telephone manner and face to face skills
Takes pride in self and in work
Good written and spoken English
Proficient in Microsoft applications
Self motivated and driven to succeed
Happy to work in a small team environment
Flexible and willing to help out where necessary
Basic salary to 20k plus the opportunity to earn open ended commission realistic 50-60
