Temp - Perm opportunity with immediate start!! Working for a busy and friendly team in the Ashford area.
We are recruiting for an enthusiastic Assistant Line Leader to lead a team and to help encourage and motivate staff.
We are looking for individuals who have a hands on approach and who thrive on working in a very fast paced environment of which the industry can sometimes demand in seasonal peaks.
Responsibilities will include:
- Assisting Line Leaders with completion of production records and paperwork
- Communicating any quality issues
- Work with Line Leaders ensuring orders are produced on time, in the required time and of the correct specification
- Working with the team to ensure all hygiene standards are adhered too
- Deputise for Line Leader in their absence
This is a temp - perm role and a great opportunity to get a "foot in the door". The right candidate will be offered a permanent position following the temporary assignment.
