We are looking for an experienced commercial manager with at least 5 years’ experience. The ideal candidate will be able to work autonomously as well as within a team. Therefore, you must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience of cost management and risk management are essential. You will ideally be educated to HND/Degree level in Quantity Surveying or other equivalent construction related subject. Your responsibilities will also include providing commercial support and leadership to the project.
