My client, a well established, expanding recruitment consultancy based in open plan offices in Tunbridge Wells is looking for two Resourcers to join their busy team.

The position of a Resourcer is to provide support to the Recruitment Consultant or team you are working with, to match candidates to relevant job opportunities quickly and effectively and carry out work activity that directly leads to interviews and placements.

Job Activities:

Screening candidates and matching them to suitable job roles.
Managing candidates on database and ensuring their records are updated correctly.
Maintain LinkedIn profile and connect with relevant contacts / groups.
Achieve activity and revenue targets as agreed with your Manager.

Expected Skills and Behaviours:

This opportunity is perfect for a stronger character, excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly at all levels is a pre requisite. You will be a strong 'closer' – this is a sales related role so you must be able to take the right approach to successfully influence.

Target orientated with a desire to achieve success both financially and with tangible career progression. Proactive and self-motivated with good time management and professional and respectful at all times to internal and external contacts.

Urgency is key and you must be prepared to go above and beyond and take ownership of your targets. My client need an individual with drive to do as much as they can and be part of a great, successful team.

Basic salary to £25,000 plus commission, benefits and incentives.
