An exciting opportunity for a Business Development Executive to join a friendly team based in Maidstone. Looking after business to business sales and account management. There is a focus on achieving new business targets as well as customer retention.
Our ideal candidate has experience in business to business sales, and confident dealing with senior decision makers.
You will be achieving new business targets and increasing client retention through strong account management methods.
The role is new business focused, office based but with a remit to meet clients
The Role:
*Identify, initiate, develop and close business opportunities with new customers via outbound tele-sales calls, client visits and cold calls,
*Identify and build relationships with decision makers. Your clients will be impressed by your ability to understand their individual requirements, and your talent to fulfil those needs professionally,
*Build and produce accurate sales pipeline,
*Develop strong, long term client relationships.
The Person:
*Dynamic, target driven and self-motivated,
*Tenacious, possessing a high degree of personal initiative,
*Good communicator, able to build trust with all senior decision makers and excellent listening skills,
*Adept at building rapport quickly,
*Fast learner with the ability to absorb information,
*Well-organised and thorough, even under pressure,
*Works well in team, and under own initiative,
*Friendly, bubbly personality.
