They currently have openings on their TP Motor Claims Team ideally suited to candidates with Motor Claims experience including good exposure to THIRD PARTY or Personal Injury claims. As the team is growing they require handlers and a team leader to head up the new team.

Responsibilities – Team Leader

• You’ll be leading, motivating and developing a team to perform and achieve business results.
• You will ensure that your team has the required skills to achieve claims handling and other performance targets, providing coaching and support to address any shortfalls.
• You’ll be agreeing performance objectives and development plans for your team and actively managing the contribution of your team using key performance indicators.
• You will be responsible for ensuring that the team is appropriately resourced at all times to maximise delivery of the defined levels of customer service and claims handling.
• As a Team Leader you will also resolve referred customer and claim related issues in a manner which maximises customer and company satisfaction.

Responsibilities – Handler Role

• Managing claims caseload, in accordance with the company claims philosophy, claims handling procedures and service levels.
• Adhering to agreed personal authority limits, referring to line manager for authorisation where activity exceeds such limits
• Controlling claim cost by achieving most economical settlement, through good use of liability and quantum arguments and effective negotiation.

The salary for this role is generous and topped up with an annual bonus as well as monthly paid incentives for all referrals plus benefits package.
