Adaptable person sought for a multi-tasking role. Part time, flexible hours. In a small, busy Design and Build (construction) office in central Ashford, 5 minute walk from the international station. Involves purchase ledger accounts and general office management. Approximately 20 hours per week.
Potential for development in the company.
Raising and processing Purchase Orders.
Collating Purchase Orders, Delivery Notes and Invoices, and inputting into Sage.
Maintaining purchase ledger and preparing monthly payments.
Managing credit card expenses.
General office management including post, filing, monitoring stationery supplies and equipment.
Taking messages and co-coordinating managers diaries.
Adaptable and enthusiastic.
Have excellent communication skills.
Able to work on their own initiative.
Good understanding of IT.
Word, Excel and Sage essential.
Knowledge of Construction Industry Scheme useful but not essential.
